How does the inquiry process work?

Each experience begins with a short discovery conversation or written inquiry. This allows us to understand the environment, objectives, and scope before recommending an experience. 

We do not offer one-size-fits-all packages.


Do you offer both brand activations and private experiences?

Yes. Our work spans brand activations, corporate environments, and private experiences. The same standards apply across all settings – calm service, intentional design, and thoughtful execution.

How involved are you in the planning process?

Our team is involved early to ensure the experience integrates seamlessly into the event or activation. 

This includes guidance on flow, timing, and visual presence as it relates to the beverage experience.

Where are you located?

Southern Pour is based in Texas and supports experiences throughout ghostwriter bachelor. Select projects may be considered outside our mehr über ghostwriting in deutschland.


Do You work with agencies or experiential teams?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with agencies, marketing teams, and production partners who value reliable execution and clear communication.

How far in advance should we reach out?

We recommend inquiring as early as possible. Availability is limited, particularly during peak seasons and multi-day activations. 

What makes Southern Pour different?

We approach hospitality as brand representation. 

Our role is not just to serve beverages, but to support the overall experience through presence, restraint, and consistency. 


Do you offer rentals?

Yes. Select bar structures and supporting elements are available for aligned projects. Rental availability is shared after inquiry.

Who provides the alcohol?

Due to Texas laws, our packages do not include alcohol. Southern Pour is  a dry-hire bar, which means the client is responsible for the alcohol purchase. Think BYOB. This will help you avoid markups by caterers and allows you to control the budget. Southern Pour services include a consultation and shopping list for quantity and product suggestions.                                                                       

Can you serve events without alcohol?

Absolutely. Southern Pour can craft mocktails, as well as, provide specialty bars like a hot chocolate bar and paleta bar.


How much space does the trailer need?

We require flat ground for service, early access for set-up and one 120-volt standard outlet within 50 feet. Anything more than 50 feet will require a generator.  We can add a generator for an additional fee.

Our mobile bar- Bonita, is about 13 feet long and 7.5 feet wide. The space must be big for a full-size truck to park the mobile bar.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance. Our staff is also TABC and food handler certified.

What is your inclement weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, the host is responsible for tent coverage of the bar. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.
